各有关单位： 住房和城乡建设部《建设工程消防设计审查验收管理暂行规定》已于2020年6月1日起正式施行，根据省住房和城乡建设厅《关于明确建设工程消防设计审查验收工作有关事项的通知》（粤建质函 [2020]30号），深圳市住房和建设局重新调整了《深圳市建设工程消防行政许可及备案分工范围》（以下简称《分工范围》）。从2020年8月15日起，深圳市范围内申报建设工程消防行政审批或备案业务按《分工范围》执行。如有疑问，请致电0755-88125850咨询。 特此公告。 附件：深圳市建设工程消防行政许可及备案分工范围 深圳市住房和建设局 2020年8月10日
