依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第八十七条第四款，校车驾驶人具有酒后驾驶或者醉酒驾驶机动车，以及驾驶客运车辆超员、超速等严重交通违法行为的情形的，公安机关交通管理部门应当注销其校车驾驶资格，通知机动车驾驶人换领机动车驾驶证，并通报教育行政部门和学校。未收回签注校车驾驶许可的机动车驾驶证的，应当公告其校车驾驶资格作废。现公告下列未收回签注校车驾驶许可的机动车驾驶证的作废。 附件：机动车驾驶证因超速注销校车驾驶资格公告表 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2020年8月11日
