三防通知：预计全市2-3小时内将出现20-40毫米降水，并伴有7级左右短时大风，深圳市气象台于2020年08月12日11时20分在全市发布暴雨黄色预警，全市进入暴雨戒备状态，区三防指挥部同步启动防汛“关注级”应急响应，请各街道、各单位根据预案迅速开展各项防御工作,停止一切在河施工作业,提醒市民远离边坡挡墙、低洼易涝区。各排水、水库、河道、泵站运营单位提前组织开展现场易涝点、水务设施巡查及值守处置工作。各单位要及时转移危房和地质灾害隐患点等危险部位人员,加强值班巡查,及时处置和报告险情灾情,确保人员安全。
