“小牛在线”平台（以下简称“平台”）正在市区联合专班督导下持续开展良性清退工作，已进入兑付阶段。为切实保障出借人合法权益，市区联合专班督导“平台”开展资金审计工作，“平台”在审计过程中发现高管郭某涉嫌职务侵占行为，侵害了出借人利益，随后将线索移交公安机关。经侦查，南山警方对涉嫌职务侵占罪的犯罪嫌疑人郭某立案侦查，并于2020年8月10日将其依法刑事拘留。 为进一步保障出借人利益，市区联合专班郑重敦促：“小牛在线”平台必须切实担负起公告清退和化解风险的主体责任，公正透明开展清退；公司全体高管及员工，尽快将个人在职期间非法所得进行退还，保障出借人合法权益。 深圳市公安局南山分局2020年8月17日
