深圳市气象台于2020年09月16日15时00分在全市发布台风白色预警，受台风“红霞”外围环流和弱冷空气共同影响，17日下午我市风力明显加大，18-19日有大雨到暴雨局部大暴雨和7-8级阵风，全市进入台风注意状态。区三防指挥部同步启动防台风“关注级”应急响应。请各街道办、有关单位要密切关注台风动态，加强值班值守，按照预案妥善做好各项防台风工作。
