Notice of Jieyang Municipal People's Government on Abolishing the Provisions on Centralized Administrative Reconsideration Power of Jieyang City

This document announces the abolition of the local regulation on centralized administrative reconsideration power, effective from January 1, 2024, due to inconsistency with the newly revised Administrative Reconsideration Law of the People's Republic of China and in response to a provincial cleaning-up notice.
