市城乡规划局： \r 你局《关于批准实施〈中山市中心城区紫马岭公园片区控制性详细规划调整〉的请示》（中规报〔2013〕 96号）收悉。经研究，函复如下。 \r 一、《中山市中心城区紫马岭公园片区控制性详细规划调整》（下称《控规》）基本符合《中山市总体规划（2010-2020年）》要求，原则同意《控规》。 \r 二、《控规》为紫马岭公园片区用地建设发展的法定文件。在今后实施过程中，规划范围内的地块控制以及道路交通、公共设施配套、市政等建设均应符合《控规》要求。 \r 三、你局要加强对《控规》实施的指导、监督和检查，不得随意调整《控规》；确需调整的，必须按法定程序办理，确保《控规》严格实施。 \r 四、你局要在《控规》获批准之日起30日内，向社会公布《控规》。 \r \r \r 中山市人民政府办公室 \r 2013年7月22日
