港口镇人民政府： \r 你镇《关于〈港口镇石特工业园控制性详细规划修编〉报审的请示》（中港府请〔2013〕18号）收悉。经市政府研究，函复如下： \r 一、《港口镇石特工业园控制性详细规划修编》（下称《控规》）基本符合《中山市港口镇总体规划（2002-2020年）》要求，原则同意《控规》。 \r 二、《控规》为港口镇西部建设发展的法定文件。在今后实施过程中，规划范围内的地块控制以及道路交通、公共设施配套、市政等建设均应符合《控规》的要求。 \r 三、你镇要加强对《控规》实施的指导、监督和检查工作，不得随意调整《控规》。确需调整的，必须按法定程序办理，确保《控规》严格实施。 \r 四、你镇要在《控规》获批准之日起30日内，向社会公布《控规》。 \r \r \r 中山市人民政府办公室 \r 2013年8月27日
