深卫健规〔2020〕4号各区卫生健康行政部门，委属各单位，各有关单位： 因政府机构改革，深圳市医用耗材采购的主管部门发生了变化，国家对医用耗材采购工作也提出了新的要求，根据《深圳市行政机关规范性文件管理规定》（深圳市人民政府令第305号）相关规定，经研究，决定自2020年11月29日起废止《深圳市公立医疗机构医用耗材集中采购和交易管理办法（试行）》（深卫计规〔2018〕8号）。市卫生健康委员会2020年11月18日 （联系人：蔡东江，联系电话：88113817）
