为全面贯彻落实《防范和处置非法集资条例》，确保我市防范和处置非法集资工作有序开展，结合我市具体情况，通告如下： 一、根据《防范和处置非法集资条例》第五条，明确广州市地方金融监督管理局作为市本级防范和处置非法集资工作的牵头部门。各区防范和处置非法集资工作机制的牵头部门，由各区政府根据本区实际情况决定并于2022年6月20日前公告。 二、广州市处置非法集资领导小组办公室设在广州市地方金融监督管理局，负责统筹协调全市防范和处置非法集资工作，协调国务院金融管理部门驻粤机构参与防范和处置非法集资工作，协调确定跨区案件的调查认定职责；负责建立全市统一的非法集资监测预警机制，牵头开展常态化的防范非法集资宣传教育培训工作，牵头开展全市非法集资举报奖励工作。 三、行业主管部门、监管部门等职能部门应按照职责分工负责本行业领域非法集资的防范和配合处置工作。 四、市、区财政部门应当合理保障防范和处置非法集资工作相关经费，市防范和处置非法集资牵头部门依职责将相关经费列入年度部门预算。广州市人民政府2022年5月30日公开方式：主动公开
