6月9日上午，广州市政府与广发证券股份有限公司（简称广发证券）签署战略合作框架协议。广州市委书记林克庆、市长郭永航，广州市委常委边立明、陈勇，广发证券董事长林传辉、党委书记葛长伟、监事长周锡太共同见证协议签署。广州市副市长陈杰、广发证券副总经理孙晓燕代表双方签署协议。 根据协议，双方围绕打造优质综合金融平台，提升专业投融资服务能力，支持实体经济发展，加强宏观经济、区域发展及产业政策研究，不动产信托投资基金融资创新，以及投资银行、国际金融等领域开展合作，携手共建良好金融业发展环境，合作推进产业升级，实现共赢发展。
