市七届人大四次会议今天召开。7日下午，市七届人大四次会议举行预备会议。市委书记、市人大常委会主任王胜主持会议。 市人大常委会副主任黄熹、秦雯、王全录、林素钦、林少敏、叶明文，秘书长王辉在主席台就座。 市第七届人民代表大会代表418人，出席预备会议的代表381人，符合法定人数。 王胜在会上强调，各位代表务必秉承主人翁精神，以高度的政治责任感和强烈的历史使命感，认真履职尽责、积极建言献策，共同把这次大会开成民主团结、凝心聚力、催人奋进的大会。 会议选举大会主席团和秘书长；表决通过大会议程、计划预算委员会组成人员调整名单、议案审查委员会组成人员调整名单。
