8日上午，市七届人大四次会议主席团举行第二次会议。大会主席团常务主席、市委书记、市人大常委会主任王胜主持会议。 大会主席团成员共57人，出席本次会议的有54人，符合法定人数。 会上，市委向大会主席团推荐各项职务候选人初步人选。会议决定将大会选举的各项职务候选人人选名单草案交各代表团酝酿。
