8日下午，市七届人大四次会议闭幕后，举行宪法宣誓仪式，组织新当选的市监委主任、市七届人大常委会委员向宪法宣誓。市人大常委会副主任黄熹主持宣誓仪式。 根据有关规定，市人民代表大会选举的国家工作人员，依照法定程序产生后进行宪法宣誓。宣誓仪式现场，新当选的市监委主任、市七届人大常委会委员面向国徽整齐站立，右手举拳，向宪法庄严宣誓。 市七届人大常委会组成人员参加宣誓仪式，共同见证新当选国家工作人员的宣誓。
