自10月1日进入森林特别防护期以来，全省基本没有有效降雨，风高物燥，干旱、大风等不利天气增多，森林火险气象等级持续保持在高位。特别是进入12月份以后，多地相继发生森林火灾，12月5日佛山市高明区、河源市连平县发生的森林火灾燃烧时间长、过火面积大、社会影响广，凸显防火形势异常严峻。为有效预防和遏制森林火灾发生，切实保护我市森林资源和生态环境，保障人民群众生命财产安全，现决定面向全市发布森林防火禁火通告。
