2019年6月17日，新区管委会主任双德会主持召开新区管委会二〇一九年第十二次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过了新区住房和建设局《关于提请新区管委会常务会审议<深圳市大鹏新区小型建设工程承包商预选库管理办法（送审稿）>的请示》。会议要求，新区住房和建设局要结合会议提出的意见，作进一步修改完善，特别是要完善细节规定，提高可操作性，并按动态管理原则，组建好预选库。 会议还审议了其他事项。
