2019年8月1日，新区管委会主任双德会主持召开新区管委会二〇一九年第十五次常务会议。会议审议并通过了新区发展和财政局《关于提请审议大鹏新区“十四五”前期研究和专项规划编制任务及经费的请示》。会议要求，新区发展和财政局要会同各牵头编制单位，按照实事求是的原则，结合新区实际，深入细致做好前期研究，既不拔高也不降低，做到与新区经济社会发展形势相统一、相协调，确保“十四五”规划能够顺利落地实施。会议还审议了其他事项。
