2018年6月12日，受李勇主任委托，孙晓杰副主任主持召开新区管委会二〇一八年第十二次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过《关于优化大鹏新区城市环境品质提升项目招标的若干意见》。会议认为，城市环境品质提升工作是今年全市的重点工作之一，也是“高质量美丽大鹏”建设的应有之义，应采取有效措施，按时完成目标任务。会议要求，各业主单位要切实负起责任，将项目设计效果图作为项目验收的重要参考依据，并严格项目设计、施工和验收等各环节监管，有效提升项目建设品质。 会议还审议了其他事项。
