2018年7月6日，李勇主任主持召开新区管委会二〇一八年第十四次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过《深圳经济特区户外运动管理条例》（以下简称《管理条例》）。会议认为，新区文体旅游局牵头起草的《管理条例》，体现大鹏户外运动管理特色，针对性强，应予以充分肯定。会议要求，新区文体旅游局牵头进一步界定各项工作职责，做到职责清晰、表述准确，避免出现扯皮推诿现象。 会议还审议了其他事项。
