2019年10月18日，受新区管委会主任双德会委托，新区管委会副主任孙晓杰主持召开新区管委会二〇一九年第二十四次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过了《新区消安委办关于提请审议<大鹏新区小型消防站队伍整合工作实施方案（审议稿）>的请示》。会议要求，一要把好人员进口关，留好退出通道，做到优进劣出，提升新区小型消防站队伍质量。二要做到演练常态化、作风军事化，打造一支能打仗、善打仗的队伍，确保一旦发生火情，能够迅速有效处置。 会议还审议了其他事项。
