2019年11月20日，受新区管委会主任双德会委托，新区管委会副主任孙晓杰主持召开新区管委会二〇一九年第二十九次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过了《新区统战社建局关于提请新区管委会审议<深圳市大鹏新区老年人家庭适老化改造试行办法>的请示》。会议要求，新区统战社建局要结合会议意见，进一步修改完善，切实压缩适老化改造办理时限，确保把民生实事办快办好。同时，各街道要积极配合，支持做好老年人家庭适老化改造工作。 会议还审议了其他事项。
