2018年10月17日，王京东同志主持召开新区管委会二〇一八年第二十二次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过了《关于提请审定大鹏新区行政单位规范性文件评估梳理工作成果的请示》。会议指出，定期清理行政规范性文件是建设法治政府、服务型政府的一项重要任务，也是优化发展环境、推进政府公开透明的必然要求。前期，新区综合办公室牵头，系统梳理清理新区行政规范性文件，做了扎实、有效的基础工作，予以充分的肯定。会议要求，由新区综合办公室牵头，按照法治政府建设要求，加强行政规范性文件管理，定期清理公布，形成常态，推动新区管理规范有序、公开透明。 会议还审议了其他事项。
