2019年12月12日，受新区管委会主任双德会委托，新区管委会副主任孙晓杰主持召开新区管委会二〇一九年第三十二次常务会议。会议审议并原则通过了《新区文化广电旅游体育局关于提请审议<深圳市大鹏新区山地户外运动管理暂行办法（审议稿）>的请示》。会议要求，新区文化广电旅游体育局要结合有关法律法规政策规定，梳理明确新区部门、辖区办事处、社会组织等职责，作进一步修改完善后，按程序印发试行实施一年。会议还审议了其他事项。
