2018年12月11日，王京东同志主持召开新区管委会二〇一八年第二十八次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过了《深圳市大鹏新区行政单位规范性文件管理办法（审议稿）》（以下简称《管理办法》）。会议认为，由新区综合办公室牵头，全面修订后的《管理办法》，内容清晰，可操作性强，为提高新区行政单位制定和发布规范性文件合法合规性奠定了基础，应予充分肯定。会议要求，新区各单位一把手要认真学习，树立依法行政意识，发挥好带头作用，抓好贯彻执行。 会议还审议了其他事项。
