2020年3月27日，新区管委会副主任孙晓杰主持召开新区管委会二〇二〇年第九次常务会议。 会议传达学习了《关于全面加强危险化学品安全生产工作的意见》。会议要求，一是对标对表，抓好任务分解落实。二是借势推动，强化企业主体责任。三是加强统筹，形成整体工作合力。按照“谁主管谁负责”的原则，守牢安全生产的底线和红线。 会议还审议了其他事项。
