2020年4月21日，新区管委会副主任孙晓杰主持召开新区管委会二〇二〇年第十一次常务会议。 会议审议并通过了《市生态环境局大鹏管理局关于提请以新区管委会名义印发<深圳市大鹏新区“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践创新基地建设实施方案>的请示》。会议认为，新区以生态立区，创建“绿水青山就是金山银山”实践创新基地，能够夯实绿水青山生态特色，增强绿色发展永续动力，应举全区之力支持创建工作。会议要求，市生态环境局大鹏管理局要结合会议提出的意见，作进一步修改完善。 会议还审议了其他事项。
