一、直达资金接收情况 截至12月底，坪山区收到中央财政实行特殊转移支付机制资金（以下简称直达资金）合计163,161.00万元。整体情况如下： 1.参照直达资金226.00万元。 2.正常转移支付239.50万元。 3.特殊转移支付695.50万元。 4.抗疫特别国债162,000.00万元，包括抗疫特别国债128,000.00万元和2020年抗疫特别国债调入一般公共预算支出预算34,000万元。 二、直达资金使用情况 截至2020年12月底，我区直达资金共形成支出163,132.80万元，总体支出进度99.98%。我区已按照有关文件规定将剩余资金结转至2021年使用。
