1.喝清洁饮用水，尽量喝开水或瓶装水。 2.尽可能选择新鲜的食品，不吃腐败变质或过期食品，剩饭菜要彻底加热后食用。 3.食品原料要洗净，制作食品要烧熟煮透。 4.不采食野菜，不生吃动物性食品。 5.不吃病死的家禽家畜。 6.生熟食品要分开，防止交叉污染。
