7月10日，市委副书记、市长余金富主持召开八届市政府第112次常务会议，审议并研究一批文件和事项。 与会人员会前学习了《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》。会议强调，各级各有关部门要充分认识制定实施《矿产资源法》的重要意义，立足我市实际，推进矿产资源依法管理保护、依法开采利用，促进我市矿业经济健康可持续发展。要加大学习宣传力度，积极开展专题培训和进社区、进企业等活动，在全社会形成“依法管矿、合法用矿”的良好氛围。要加强矿产资源保护和合理利用，压实矿业企业在绿色矿山建设过程中的法定责任和义务，结合开展打击矿山领域非法违法偷采盗采联合执法行动，加强矿产资源规划、勘查、开采、保护和监管，抓好对矿区生态修复工作的统筹和监督。
