4月28日，深圳高新区和汕头高新区在深圳签订深度协作框架协议，市科技创新委员会副主任邓晓俊和汕头高新区领导出席签约活动。法规处、区域处主要负责同志参加了活动。 邓晓俊在活动致辞中表示，此次深圳高新区、汕头高新区签订深度协作框架协议，是全面落实省委“1+1+9”工作部署、推进粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心建设的具体举措。双方将充分发挥各自比较优势，互学互鉴创新发展经验，推动两地在要素资源共享、重点产业协作、人才交流培养、产业集群培育、产学研用融合等领域，开展全方位、多层次、立体化的合作，共同打造现代化沿海经济带，为全省打造新发展格局战略支点做出积极贡献。
