火炬开发区管委会，翠亨新区管委会，各镇政府、区办事处，市各有关单位： 为消除妨碍市场统一和公平竞争的规定和做法，促进规制统一和各项改革任务协调推进，确保我市全面深化改革成效，经研究，决定对2014年行政文件全面清理后列入《市政府及市属部门文件修改目录》中的《中山市企业投资项目管理暂行办法》（中府〔2006〕126号）等54件市政府及市属部门文件予以废止（详见市政府及市属部门文件废止目录）。 同意各镇区废止原列入《镇区文件修改目录》中的《关于开展生猪免疫标识工作的通知》（阜府〔2002〕51号）等32件文件（详见镇区文件废止目录）。 市政府（含市府办公室）、市属部门文件废止目录，由市政府向社会公布；镇区文件废止目录，由各镇区向社会公布。 附件：1．市政府及市属部门文件废止目录 2．镇区文件废止目录 中山市人民政府 2016年1月18日
