15日上午，市七届人大五次会议闭幕后，举行新当选国家工作人员向宪法宣誓仪式。新当选的市七届人大常委会主任曾风保向宪法宣誓。市人大常委会副主任黄熹主持宣誓仪式。 根据有关规定，市人民代表大会选举的国家工作人员，依照法定程序产生后进行宪法宣誓。宣誓仪式现场，新当选的市七届人大常委会主任曾风保面向国徽，举起右拳，向宪法庄严宣誓。 市七届人大常委会组成人员参加了宣誓仪式。
