4月30日，云南省红河州元阳县一辆客车发生侧翻事故，目前已造成7人死亡、12人受伤。应急管理部已会同公安部、交通运输部组成工作组赶赴现场指导处置。为举一反三深刻吸取事故教训，防范此类事故再次发生，国务院安委会办公室决定对该起事故查处挂牌督办，要求云南省对事故提级调查，尽快查明事故原因，依法依规严肃追责问责。
