  国家医保局待遇保障司副司长刘娟7月9日在2026年上半年例行新闻发布会上介绍，截至目前，全国28个省份推进住院分娩个人“无自付”，对参保女职工住院分娩发生的符合医保目录、定点支付等管理规定的医疗费用进行全额保障。江苏、福建、宁夏等9个省份进一步将住院分娩个人“无自付”拓展到城乡居民医保。（记者彭韵佳、李恒）
