Reply of the General Office of the State Council on the Joint Venture between Sichuan Hongguang Electron Tube Factory and Thomson Company of the United States

This document approves the Sichuan Provincial Government's request for Hongguang Electron Tube Factory to negotiate a joint venture with Thomson Consumer Electronics of the United States to produce large-screen high-resolution color picture tubes, subject to conditions on export credit, foreign sales ratio, and foreign exchange balance.
