国务院关于设立郑州海关的批复<br> 国函〔1985〕1号<br> 河南省人民政府：<br> 一九八四年十一月八日《关于设立郑州海关的请示》收悉。同意设立郑州海关（厅局级），人员编制一百二十人，可根据业务发展的需要逐步配备。海关所需办公、生活用房的基建投资及开办费用由你省负担。设关后的交通工具、检查仪器设备，由海关总署配备。<br> 郑州海关的筹建工作，请直接与海关总署商办。<br> 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　国　务　院<br> 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　一九八五年一月七日
