Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the China International Cultural Exchange Center Directly Contacting Relevant Departments

This notice authorizes the China International Cultural Exchange Center, as an independent non-governmental organization, to directly contact and correspond with relevant departments of the State Council to facilitate cultural, artistic, scientific, technological, academic, and economic exchanges with foreign countries in support of China's opening-up policy and modernization.
