Notice of the State Council on the Abolition of the State Council Rural Development Research Center

This notice announces the State Council's decision to abolish the State Council Rural Development Research Center in order to strengthen leadership over agricultural development and rural work, and to fully leverage the administrative leadership and management functions of various departments and local governments.
