Reply of the State Council on the Management System of Mobile Communications in Guangdong

This document approves the request from the Guangdong Provincial People's Government regarding the mobile communications management system, and mandates that the Guangdong Provincial Post and Telecommunications Bureau correct the registration of the Guangdong Mobile Communications Corporation from a local state-owned enterprise to a centrally state-owned enterprise, in accordance with the principle of centralized and unified management of postal and telecommunications services.
