Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration on Issuing the Measures for the Administration of Energy Planning

This document promulgates the Measures for the Administration of Energy Planning, which aim to strengthen the management of energy planning in accordance with the Energy Law of the People's Republic of China. It requires all relevant provincial and regional authorities to implement the measures.
