Notice on Issuing the Implementation Measures for the Pilot Reform of Water Resource Tax

This document, jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State Taxation Administration, and the Ministry of Water Resources, formally releases the Implementation Measures for the Pilot Reform of Water Resource Tax, which aims to strengthen water resource management and conservation, and promote efficient and safe utilization of water resources, effective from the date of issuance.
