Announcement on Adding Self-Printing Preferential Certificates of Origin for Exports to Malaysia and Vietnam

This announcement by the General Administration of Customs expands the scope of self-printing preferential certificates of origin to include those under the RCEP for exports to Vietnam and under the China-ASEAN FTA for exports to Malaysia and Vietnam, effective September 1, 2024, to enhance port business environment and trade facilitation.
