商务部等5部门关于公布第三批中华老字号名单的通知<br> 各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市、新疆生产建设兵团商务、文化和旅游、市场监管、知识产权、文物主管部门：<br> 为贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署，落实中央经济工作会议精神，推动老字号守正创新发展，根据《中华老字号示范创建管理办法》，经企业申报、地方推荐、社会公示，商务部、文化和旅游部、市场监管总局、国家知识产权局、国家文物局决定将382个品牌认定为第三批中华老字号，现予公布。<br> 商务部<br> 文化和旅游部<br> 市场监管总局<br> 国家知识产权局<br> 国家文物局<br> 2024年2月1日<br> 附件：第三批中华老字号名单
