Announcement of the Ministry of Finance and Other Three Departments on Extending the Implementation of the Individual Income Tax Policy Supporting the Opening of the Crude Oil and Other Commodity Futures Markets to the Outside World

This announcement extends the temporary exemption of individual income tax on income derived by overseas individual investors from investing in China's domestically opened crude oil and other commodity futures varieties, effective until December 31, 2027.
