This notice announces the reclamation of certain telecommunications network code numbers by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Telecommunications Network Code Number Resources. It requires original users to complete the return procedures and instructs basic telecom operators to handle network data accordingly to ensure network security.
