Announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration on Resuming the Collection and Payment of Stamp Duty on Behalf (No. 326)

This document announces that, effective September 16, 2019, the China National Intellectual Property Administration will resume collecting and paying stamp duty on behalf of patent and integrated circuit layout design holders, in coordination with the State Taxation Administration. It also provides guidance for those who have not yet paid stamp duty before that date.
