This document publishes the 2019 edition of the Catalogue of Industries Encouraging Foreign Investment, approved by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, effective July 30, 2019. It simultaneously abolishes the encouraged categories from the 2017 Foreign Investment Industry Guidance Catalogue and the 2017 Catalogue of Superior Industries for Foreign Investment in Central and Western Regions.
