凤凰网科技讯 7月15日，据“网信中国”微信公众号，促进生成式人工智能服务创新发展和规范应用，网信部门会同有关部门按照《生成式人工智能服务管理暂行办法》要求，有序开展生成式人工智能服务备案工作，现将7款提供手机端侧生成式人工智能服务备案信息予以公告。其中，华为手机“华为小艺AI大模型”在列。<br> 据了解，华为鸿蒙HarmonyOS 7全新升级小艺智慧大脑，Agentic自演进架构，系统能力全面Skill化。支持规划（云侧大模型/端侧大模型）、工具（2100项鸿蒙系统能力）、记忆（200+系统级用户数据）、执行框架（Agent Core/多端协同/A2UI/安全）等。
