为落实习近平总书记关于深化共建“一带一路”规则标准“软联通”的重要讲话精神，促进中国和南非质量基础设施领域互联互通，市场监管总局与南非贸工部于6月29日签署《中华人民共和国国家市场监督管理总局与南非共和国贸易、工业和竞争部关于加强规则标准“软联通”合作谅解备忘录》。<br> 这是我国同共建“一带一路”国家签署的首份以规则标准“软联通”命名、达成系统性共识的专项文件，为中南双方深化制度性对接、促进产业链供应链融合建立“软联通”合作机制。<br> 下一步，双方将围绕重点产业，加强计量体系协同，提升标准一致性水平，推进合格评定结果互认。
