4月21日，国家市场监督管理总局局长罗文与莫桑比克农业、环境和渔业部部长罗伯托·阿尔比诺签署《中华人民共和国国家市场监督管理总局与莫桑比克共和国农业、环境和渔业部关于农业标准化合作谅解备忘录》。<br> 上述备忘录旨在贯彻落实习近平主席在2024年中非合作论坛北京峰会上提出的“建设10万亩农业标准化示范区”的合作倡议，为推进中莫农业（渔业）标准化合作示范区建设提供制度性保障。根据合作安排，双方将针对莫桑比克特色养殖业开展标准化体系建设和示范推广，引导当地农业标准化生产，共同打造中莫农业标准化合作典范，为构建新时代中莫命运共同体注入新活力。
